Sensor City is a joint venture between Liverpool John Moores University and University of Liverpool, devised to provide academic institutions and small businesses with access to leading-edge technology and data processing capabilities.
Zút was commissioned to produce a short film that summarised Sensor City’s premises, capabilities and offering, to encourage more people to use the services.
For this film we wanted to create a high-end production using a range of cinematic shots and techniques.
We used hyperlapses and time remapping to extend time through the clouds moving, and shadows moving across the building.
Everything was beautifully composed to give the whole film an overall high value feel, elevating what could have otherwise been a dry corporate video, with quite a simple message.
